Shipping

We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out that day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received after 4pm EST will be processed for the next roast day.

Once a coffee is picked up by one of our shipping partners, Hillsboro Coffee does not assume responsibility for any damage, delays, or lost packages that may occur during shipment. Any claims should be made directly with the shipping company using the provided tracking number.

Customers ordering internationally are responsible for finding information regarding the shipping of whole bean to their country and if they can receive it through customs and are responsible for all customs or other shipping fees once the package has left our facility.
